This is a smart Find and Replace tool developed with the objective to save time and effort of users spent on Find and Replace and Formatting tasks. USP of this tool is it can Find and Replace multiple words and phrases in multiple word files in a single operation. Tool has been equipped with many time saving features. One of them is, word list import feature. Using this feature, users can save considerable time by loading word list in both ‘Find What’ and ‘Replace With’ column from .TXT or .CSV files. Users can add multiple files contained in a folder automatically using ‘add folder’ button. This also saves considerable time of users. Tool allows the users to save processed files in separate or native folder. Backup facility has also been provided to avoid loss of original files. Usage of this tool is very simple and users need to follow few simple steps to carryout these tasks. First and foremost step is to add files to be processed. They need to be careful while adding files to avoid processing of files not intended to be processed. However this tool provides backup facility to avoid loss of original files on account of mistakes committed by users. After adding files users need to add words in both ‘Find what’ and ‘Replace with’ boxes. If words and phrases to be added are few then it is fine to add them one by one but if large number of words and phrases need to be added then it is best to prepare .TXT or .CSV files containing list of words and load word list automatically in both ‘Find What’ and ‘Replace with’ columns. Third step is dedicated to formatting tasks like bold, highlight, Match case etc. Finally users need to save processed files. Tool can carryout search and replace in word files of different formats like DOC, DOCX, RTF etc. This tool saves the users from lengthy process of carrying out Find and Replace and Formatting tasks in multiple files one by one and users can carryout search and replace in multiple files simultaneously.
